Lost weight!

It is now August 16, 2011
Since I last posted in April so much has happened.
I've become overwhelmed, life consumed me.
I started working out 5 days a week. Going to the gym 5 days a week usually between 4:30am and 5:30am. I started late April going to the gym. I continued with weight watchers. I joined Biggest Loser at work.
I lost about 5lbs. I got down to 134 last month.
I lost 3 lbs on the Biggest Loser at work.
In July I put in my notice at work. Since I put in my notice at work I lost more weight. I de-stressed and got down to 130.8!
Officially I believe I'm down almost 9 lbs.

I stopped going to the gym about 3 weeks ago. It became too much with work.
I went back for the first time yesterday. I skipped today. And I have full intention to go back to the gym tomorrow.

This is day....4 off work. I hope to learn how to cook so we can eat at home more often.
I hope to include daily work outs for Phil and myself in addition to going to the gym. I also hope to learn how to cook. And my goal is to lose at least 10 more lbs. I'm excited about this new weight loss. I can't wait to go back to the gym. And I'm excited about being at home with my family.
