HCG Diet


So...after several weeks of in dept reviews. I decided to go for the plunge.
I am doing the HCG diet.
I went through a doctor. I got the shots.
My initial appointment, consultation, went well. Their scale is obviously different than my home scale. I stepped on their scale I was 139.8. My scale at home I weighed 134.

My first appointment, where I actually met with the doctor, I weighed in at 140.6 (and yes, I had actually stopped eating so many sweets between my consultation and my first appointment).
The first two day I gorged like crazy!!! It was perfect. I started on my birthday (Wednesday April 6). I had my usual Starbucks. I got a grande white chocolate mocha. For lunch my husband took me out to lunch at the place we nick name the carb-coma-cafe. I had a hamburger and some fries. He also brought me cupcakes. I ate two. For dinner we went to Outback steak house. I had Parmesan pasta with chicken and scallops.
Day two of gorging I had my usual Starbucks. I had grande white chocolate mocha. For lunch my dad too me to Sushi. I had two rolls to myself, muscles, miso soup, and two more rolls. YUM!
For dinner I decided to have Taco Bell. I got a gordita, 5 layer burrito and twists.
YUM!

My Friday day of the diet was horrible. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
My husband and I had been up all night with our daughter at the ER. Since we got home at 3am. I decided to do my shots at 3:30 (since I knew I wouldn't be up at 6am to do the shots). I still went to Starbucks. I got passion tea instead of hot chocolate or white mocha. I forgot my truvia at home so I waited until I got home to get my Truvia.



My entire morning was thrown off. I had a 1/2 grapefruit with truvia. Then I didn't eat again until 4pm. I had chicken and asparagus.
I also had bunco (I passed up nachos!!!) tonight. I stopped by the store before bunco and got an apple and strawberries. I had an apple and water.



Then on the way home I was hungry so we stopped at In-N-Out. I had a protein burger (patty wrapped in lettuce). That's it.



So today I had
1/2 grapefruit with truvia
Chicken with cummin and asparagus

Green apple
Protein burger from In-N-Out

That's it!
I had one tea and one water. I didn't have enough water today.

Today I weighed in (at home) at 135.5
