Day two of the actual diet.
I lost two pounds since the first day (yesterday)!!
Yesterday I did ok. Until dinner time.
I weighed in at 137.0
Breakfast: Tea
Snack: Grapefruit
Lunch: Chicken and spinach
Snack: Apple
Dinner: I cheated I went to Famous Daves. My husband and I ordered one dish and split it. We had pulled pork/ chicken (boneless wings), drunkin apples and beans. We split the whole thing. I also ordered water.
Today I woke up, certain I had gained weight.
I weighed in at 135.2
Breakfast: Tea
Snack: Grapefruit and water and tea
Lunch: Chicken and lettuce and water
Snack: Apple
Dinner: I sort of cheated, I ate out but I was good. Chicken soup (chicken broth and chicken) I did sort of cheat and had a few pieces of fried chicken, and some blue berries. YUMMMM Still stuck with water.
I then also had a pediasure side kick.
I had bad cravings. Bad bad bad cravings. It was horrible!
I hope tomorrow is a good day. And I'll be as good as I can this weekend when we go out of town.
